![]() | Chairperson: Sally SavageSally Savage has worked in the Youth and Community services sector since 2007 across a number of youth work roles in Not-For-Profit, Local Government and State Government organisations. Sally’s experience working with young people has included working in 1:1 intensive case management, youth outreach services, mobile youth services, centre-based services, case coordination, and youth development. |
| Vice-Chairperson: Katherine MoseleKatherine has worked in the youth and education sector since 2002 including residential care, case management, outreach services, senior case manager, centre based services, alternative learning settings and community development. As a graduate of the Bachelor of Youth Work from Edith Cowan University she has been a leader in the youth and education sector and believes strongly in raising the profile of Youth Work as a profession across government and non-government agencies. For the past seven years she has been based within mainstream education as a Youth Support Coordinator and was the founder of the Youth Workers in Schools Network. This network was designed to provide a platform for Youth Workers in the education sector to come together, reflect on ethical and accountable Youth work practice, share resources, network, and provide a collective voice for more broader advocacy. Katherine was awarded Professional Youth Worker Award in 2018 at the Youth Work WA awards. |
| Treasurer: Robbie RumbleRobbie is the Team Leader of Student Wellbeing Services at Anglicare WA. He supports and provides line management to a team of Student Wellbeing Officers based in schools across the Perth Metropolitan area. Robbie has worked in a wide range of roles across the youth sector, and has a background in crisis intervention, project management, and advocacy and has held roles in community development and youth custody. His experience in the music industry enhances his event planning skills. Passionate about advancing youth work in WA, he is committed to ethical practice and professional development. |
| Secretary: Lisa WrightLisa has worked in the youth and community services sector since 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Youth Work from Edith Cowan University. She has experience across not-for-profit and state government roles, including youth justice, residential care, youth homelessness, AOD rehabilitation, and outreach case management. Living and working in remote East Kimberley communities opened her eyes and fueled her passion for supporting the development and professionalism of youth workers alongside vulnerable young people. She now works at WA Police and Community Youth Centres (PCYC), supporting youth workers across the state. Lisa is excited to work with the YWWA committee to empower, advocate for, and support youth workers making a real difference across Western Australia. |
![]() | General Committee Member: Kristy O'BryanKristy holds a Master of Social Work from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an Addiction Studies major, along with Honours in Psychology. With over 15 years at Youth Futures, she has worked as a senior youth worker in education and homelessness services, supporting vulnerable young people aged 14 to 25. Since January 2023, she has served as Practice Lead (Youth Work), overseeing 18 youth workers and facilitating reflective practice sessions. Actively engaged in strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration, she is passionate about advocating for equitable access to resources and opportunities for young people. |
![]() | General Committee Member: Tamara MottTamara has worked in the youth sector for over 10 years across not-for-profit and local government roles in both metropolitan and regional communities. Currently based in the Pilbara as a Youth Development Officer, she focuses on creating opportunities for young people in remote areas and collaborating with youth services to strengthen regional support. Passionate about long-term positive change, she advocates for the unique challenges faced by regional youth. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development and Psychology, and a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact, combining academic insight with practical experience. |
| General Committee Member: Tim StehrTim is a passionate youth worker from Perth with over 7 years of experience walking alongside young people as they navigate complex life transitions. Joining the Youth Work WA Committee in 2025, Tim enjoys connecting with a community of like-minded people who are just as committed to creating real change. Tim believes in the power of youth voice, creative engagement and building systems that actually work for young people. They join the committee looking forward to learning, sharing, and contributing to the amazing work already happening in the youth space. |

| YACWA Ex-Officio: Katie BerryKatie has over a decade of experience in the youth sector. She is a passionate advocate for amplifying the voices of young people and empowering vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals/communities. Katie has previously coordinated local government youth services in the Pilbara and Rockingham. She is currently the Advocacy and Engagement Manager at the Youth Affairs Council of WA. Katie has a Bachelor of Science and Graduate Certificate in Social Impact. She works strategically to create the greatest possible positive impact whilst developing networks across for-purpose organisations, businesses, and government. |
