Only qualified youth workers are eligible for Full Membership of Youth Work WA, those who do not meet the criteria may be eligible for associate membership. Check here for more information on membership categories including whether your qualification is accepted, and please contact us if you have any questions.

Before you complete this form, please note that you will need to provide:

• Dates of current and previous employment
• Names and contact details of 2 professional referees
• Details of qualifications that you hold and a scanned copy or photograph of your certificate that you can attach to your application (you can submit this to us later).
• A scanned copy or photograph of your Working With Children Check (you can submit this to us later).
